Consultation for Occupied Property
DIY with Directions for the sellers and Agents out there, looking to increase their listings' visibility and profits and sell faster!
An in-person or virtual walk-through and assessment of the property, followed by a comprehensive report of staging instructions for the whole home using existing furniture, artwork and accessories. Schedule in advance of listing/marketing photos, in order to apply the staging techniques advised beforehand.
Whole Home (up to 3000 sq ft.) = $500
Staging of Unfurnished/Vacant Property
Package pricing, based on house size. From our base package with The Essentials, to The Classic staging package we can elevate your properties' aesthetic and get your property noticed by a larger number of potential buyers. 6 week lead time required.
*Initial staging price includes design, delivery and 30 days of furniture rental. After the initial 30 days a fee equal to 1.5% of the initial staging price applies daily for continuing furniture rentals. An hourly rate of $150 will be applied for staging set-up/labor. Additional fees for elevator use or other unusual delivery/set-up circumstances may be charged. Travel expenses may be added to the price if outside of Park County, WY.

Homes 2000-3500sqft. = $2000*

The entire process takes about 6 weeks, depending on the size of the job.
Pricing is around $15 per square foot to set up your property with all the furniture, linens, towels, dishes, rugs, art and accessories it needs to be ready to rent.
Items you will have to provide: Anything that needs to be replenished frequently such as soaps, shampoos, lotions, first aid supplies, etc.
Upgraded luxury rental packages and add-ons are available.

Hands-On Staging of a Furnished Property
Staging of a furnished listing, done in person. Let us help you use your own furnishings and artwork to stage your home and showcase its' best features. Staging can increase returns and decrease time on the market. Schedule as far in advance of listing as possible (minimum of 3 weeks). Travel expenses may be added to the price if outside of Park County, WY.
